The landlord is nice, the location is also good
The smell in the bath room and the drainage system is not functioning well, the room downstairs under the bathroom is not suitable for sleeping, the handle of the shower need to be fixed as well as the tap in the kitchen

We stayed in an apartment with three bedrooms for an entire month. Such location is difficult to find. Every bedroom was apart, really private. There are two spacious living rooms with sofas, tables and big televisions. Unfortunately, there was only one bathroom and a tiny kitchen. The kitchen had the necessary utensils, although old and heavily used as the most furniture in the apartment. The goid things were: a big fridge and a good washing machine. The place is quiet, the street is not busy, just some rare cars passing. The apartment is on two levels. Two bedrooms are in semi-basement with only small windows above the ground but it was good during the summer as it was relatively cool there. The bedroom above had an air conditioner that we had to keep working all day long. Be aware that two levels suppose going up and down the stairs many times. The host responds to the messages really fast but unfortunately not always solves the problems we address with. In overall, the property is good value for the money.

Le propriétaire de l’appartement manque cruellement de sérieux dans la gestion de cet appartement !
Bien situé à proximité du parc Carol et pas trop cher.
Nous venions pour trois semaines et avions payé le séjour bien en amont. À notre arrivée le dimanche en milieu d’après-midi, les lits doubles dans deux chambres (sur trois) étaient cassés et inutilisables ! La plaque chauffante de la cuisine était cassée et dangereuse, inutilisable. La vaisselle, rangée dans les placards, était moisie et les casseroles contenaient des champignons de moisissure. La cabine de douche était particulièrement sale. Nous avons dû commencer notre séjour par un nettoyage complet de l’appartement !
