Heerlijk geslapen!

Location is just perfect, at the edge of old town and close to the train station on foot. The street is not commercial, which brings you even deeper into the local atmosphere. The room is spacious and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable and importantly the windows keep all the noise out. The small snacks were a life changer with a late check in. Yes, there are stairs, but it is normal for these buildings. Of course if your mobility is not easy, consider that.
