    Bedingt benutzbar

    Zentrale Lage

    Toilette völlig unbequem. Miserable Sitzposition Viel zu niedere Sitzposition Flachspüler nicht zeitgemäß Duschvorhang nicht zeitgemäß Klebt ständig am Körper Hier gehört eine feste Duschabtrennung her. Handtuchhalter unzugänglich Badetuchhalter nicht kompatibel zu den vorhandenen Badehandtüchern Hauptheizkörper durch Vorhang verdeckt. Keine Ablagemoglichkeit bzw. Nachttisch am Bett Medikamente erreichen nachts unmöglich Zu wenig Lichtquellen und nicht einzeln schaltbar. Wohnung zu dunkel da auch tagsüber elektrisches Licht notwendig Kein anständiger Esstisch vorhanden Als Esstisch fungiert eine alte Nähmaschine mit gebastelter "Tischplatte". Keine gescheiten Stühle vorhanden Als Stühle fungieren unbequeme 3 Euro Hocker die zudem noch völlig instabil sind. Die Bezeichnung "Nostalgie Appartement" bezieht sich wohl auf den Komfort wie vor 150 Jahren. Bei dem Tagespreis der Wohnung muss alles viel besser ausgestattet sein. Es genügt nicht, daß alles da ist, nein es muß auch zweckmäßig sein und ohne Barrieren erreichbar und benutzbar. Das ist hier nicht der Fall. Für Schwerbehinderte ist das Appartement völlig ungeeignet. Es verwundert mich sehr, das so ein Appartement von den zuständigen Behörden überhaupt eine Zulassung bekommt.
