Complimentary breakfast is served Monday through Saturday and is non-refundable. Please note that breakfast is not served on Sundays or on the following holidays: Christmas and Thanksgiving, as the dining room is closed. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A notarised letter of guardianship is required if the parent or legal guardian is not present at check-in. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that smoking of any kind is not allowed in the building. Packages and/or letters cannot be accepted on behalf of guests. Any items received will be returned to the sender. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause to our guests. Our air-conditioning is seasonal. In New York City, the heating season runs from October 1 through May 31, during which hotels must maintain specific indoor temperatures. We do not have built-in AC. Our air conditioners are manually installed in the windows during the summer and removed at the start of the heating season in October. Depending on the weather, installation or removal may occur slightly earlier or later, but we always comply with NYC heating regulations. Air-conditioning is available from June 1 to October 1, or slightly later depending on the weather, and is not guaranteed outside this period.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
