    The staff made all the difference.

    I travel a lot, and the staff here were honestly some of the nicest I’ve ever met. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and genuinely happy to help. It’s the people who make you want to come back, and this team certainly did that. A big thank you to everyone for making my stay such a pleasure. I’d happily stay here again!

    Loved the location and the staff was great. The hotel had a great vibe and being connected to the sister hotel was great for alternative bar and breakfast

    The bedroom was tiny and there was no space to put your suitcases and very little place to unpack your clothes especially if you were staying more than a couple days

    Apart from the bites, excellent

    The location was very good, especially being connected to nyx gave you a bit of a shortcut to get to the square, staff were helpful and polite.

    The only bad thing to say is we were bitten quite a few times, the bites have swollen and bruised so we’re unsure as to what we’ve been bitten by but the bites are quite bad, if it wasn’t due to the bites i would definitely stay there again. Due to not knowing what the bites were we’ve had to go through pretty extreme measurements to ensure we’re not bringing possible bed bugs with us, which is a huge let down as otherwise the hotel i would say is 10/10.
