Restaurante O pedido da refeição ter de ser feito no balcão do bar acho inaceitável. Acabei por sair e procurar outro restaurante.

Excellent location, spacious room & lovely staff, disappointing bathroom maintenance, housekeer, lift
The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Union Square, with easy access to shops, restaurants and pharmacies. This was particularly convenient for me as a solo traveller, especially when I needed to visit Boots during my stay. My room was very spacious and had a mini-fridge, which I appreciated. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, particularly a Mr. Travis at the reception who was exceptionally helpful. I also loved the complimentary vouchers provided during my stay, including a free drink, a coffee and a 20% discount on food. It was a thoughtful gesture that made the experience more enjoyable.
The bathroom was very dated and in need of refurbishment. The sink was cracked, and some metal fittings around the drainage and shower areas were visibly rusty. More importantly, I was disappointed with the housekeeping after a drinking glass broke in the bathroom. Although a staff member came to clean up and replace the glass, several pieces of broken glass remained behind the toilet and near the bathroom entrance. These were still there after the following day's housekeeping service. This was a serious safety concern, as someone could easily have been injured. Another inconvenience was that one of the hotel's two lifts was out of service throughout my seven-night stay. The hotel was very busy, and the remaining lift was small, resulting in frequent waiting times. Finally, although the reception staff were friendly, luggage assistance was unavailable when I requested it, and I was advised to collect and use a trolley myself.
