Central clean and tidy
4 travelling for 1 night 2 adults 2 children asked multiple times for 1 room, was told they couldn’t accommodate. One of the rooms we had had a double bed and a double sofa bed so it slept 4, was told by reception there was nothing that could be done emails not being answered in reality I didn’t need to pay for 2 rooms so feel slightly conned especially when now there is no communication

The FACT that we were charged another 165 euro daily service charge for no reason. We used nothing in the hotel other than the room paid for.

Keep searching - you will find better. Try H10 hotels.
Location was good - one or two blocks away from las Ramblas.
It was tired and jaded. I was on the 5th floor but the elevator only went to the 4th. I had to carry my heavy suitcase up a flight of stairs.

Variedad del desayuno y ubicación cerca de las ramblas
El baño necesita una reforma. La media mampara no se ajusta al suelo, y como no hay plato de ducha se sale el agua por todo el baño. Para dejar las maletas en la consigna del hotel, te cobran 2 euros, ya que no es retornable la moneda que debes introducir para dejar tus maletas u objetos personales. Y si quieres añadir algún objeto que hayas comprado despuéa de haber dejado las maletas, no te ayudan en recepción y tienes que volver a pagar otros 2 euros.
