The staff are excellent and friendly. The hotel would have been great if they hadn’t put me in an accessible room that I

    Fairly central

I was placed in an accessible room. I didn’t ask for that. The bathroom is not suitable for me

Overall, I had a lovely stay at the hotel and really enjoyed my time there. Despite a few inconveniences, it was a pleas

The friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff. The location was great and convenient

The bathroom sink was clogged when I first arrived, and unfortunately, nothing was done to fix it. I also found it quite odd that the housekeeper kept insisting that I leave the room while she cleaned, even though I specifically told her I was happy to sit on the chair and stay out of her way. Another frustrating issue was the air conditioning, which kept shutting off just minutes after being turned on. I had to get up three times in the middle of the night because I was sweating, just to turn it back on. This was extremely inconvenient and disrupted my sleep
