Good location and pleasant staff however the cleaning department needs to improve.

    The location.

The first room I was allocated was disgusting. I felt dirty even being in the room. Clearly hadn’t been hoovered and several areas were dirty. Relocated to another room. Deputy manager briefly looked round. After she left I found food stains and water on the table and the toilet seat was loose and a rather rusty plug in bathroom. I was told a refund would be given once the hotel manager was available. As to this date no contact from the hotel. Not impressed!
