We arrived at 3 a.m. as a group of three: my father, my mother, and me. During our previous stay, we were given a room with a sofa, and the only issue was the lack of an extractor fan in the bathroom. Unfortunately, this time our experience was completely different. The armchair provided as an extra bed was impossible to sleep on. Some kind of ventilation system was running constantly and could not be switched off. There also seemed to be an allergen in the room that caused discomfort in my and my mother's upper respiratory tracts. The bathroom still had no extractor fan, and this time the toilet was so loose that it rocked from side to side like a carousel. However, the biggest problem was the noise. The following day, we had a long and difficult journey home ahead of us, so we decided to go to bed early, at around 9 p.m. Unfortunately, the entire second floor was occupied by a group of around 30 children who were talking loudly in the corridors and rooms and constantly slamming doors. I waited until 10 p.m., when quiet hours were supposed to begin according to the hotel rules, and then went out to ask them to keep the noise down. They did not understand me, so I had to contact reception. A security guard came, but initially the children simply moved to another part of the corridor. They continued making noise for at least another hour after 10 p.m. The noise was so disruptive that I could not fall asleep until 2 a.m. As a result, I was completely exhausted the next day, just before a long journey home. This was our second stay at the hotel. We returned because we expected the same level of comfort as during our first visit, but we were thoroughly disappointed. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know. Another major disappointment was the pricing. During our first stay, we paid €560 for three nights, including breakfast. This time, we paid €450 for just two nights, without breakfast.
