    Would deffinitely recommend

    Nice property, good value. They were very nice and also arranged a taxi to the airport for a decent price.

    Only inconvienience was the fact that there waa only one key to the door which made it somewhat difficult to get in/out with 5 people.

    Would not recommend this apartment.

    Location was great!

    Firstly this is a 1 bedroom apartment, not a 2 bedroom apartment. There is a terrible smell entering the building and this wafts into the apartment - the hosts will gaslight you and say there is no issue. The hot water is through a boiler that is not sufficient for a decent shower. The beds are not made with mattress covers and fitted sheets - we were provided with that (wrong size) after we complained - they initially tried to charge us for that.

    Exceptional

    Excellent apartment, with spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, and a quiet yet central location. We walked everywhere. To the Acropolis, Mount Lycabettus, Monastiraki Station, the flea market, the central station, as well as restaurants, cafés, and shops. The only time we took the train was to the port, from Monastiraki. The hosts’ availability and responsiveness were exceptional. At 3 a.m., they answered us when the air conditioning wasn’t working. They responded to every question kindly and thoroughly, explaining everything and giving us helpful advice.

    No view, only one toilet and bathroom. For 5 family members it's uncomfortable. The elevator is small and can carry only 2-3 people.

    Amazing location if you are able to live with some annoying things.

    The central location. The apartment was well furnished with almost everything we needed and more. Comfortable beds. Nice balcony although we didn't use it much.

    The building entrance and elevator smelled very bad. The elevator is ancient an tiny (scary) and almost got stuck with us in there with our bags! I had to go to another level then ask it to go back to ground level to get the door to open. It is not clear from the photos that access to the 2nd bedroom goes through the first one or from an external door outside the apartment. Neither was it clear that the 2nd bathroom was actually outside the apartment. The air conditioning units kept turning on and off on their own if we used the "Turbo" option which was needed because on the maximum fan they were not that efficient.
