    We booked for 2 night but left after the first night to a different location

    Jaccuzie was absolutely disgusting! Didn’t had a cleaning run for I don’t know how long. Had to jump out off the bath so quickly when we turned it on. As it smelled like toilets/sewage water going trough. Don’t use the Jaccuzie!!!

    2 night stay Bologna.

    Decoration.

    WiFi did not work, some wear and tear needing attention, bathroom needed cleaning. Surrounding area seemed a bit rough with a number of people hanging around causing us some anxiety.

    非常非常差，又脏又不安全，不要住！！

    没有满意的地方！

    地方难找，周围环境脏乱差，楼上喝酒party，房间指引不清晰，没有电梯，楼梯没有灯。最关键的是房间无法上锁！房东一直说钥匙在房内的锁孔上但是没有，没来给解决直接挂电话，然后发了条重复信息还是坚持钥匙在锁孔里。独身女性如法安心睡眠，无奈半夜自己拖着行李打开换了酒店！！要求退款。哦，房间又小又脏，和图片公主风完全不符，纱帐都塞在床缝的地上
