    High security risk, avoid.

    Spacy apartment.

The host sent me an email with a link to a 3rd party site demanding me to enter my credit card BEFORE they would let me in the apartment, although I had already paid. This is a MASSIVE SECURITY RISK these days, but they wouldn't allow me to access the premises without it. This host is acting in violation of the terms of Booking.com and must be avoided until they change their practices.
