    Great location and space. Very efficient system. Staff are very friendly and polite.

    The bathtub was dirty and we had to clean it ourselves. Some mugs were broken and some cutlery in the drawers was definitely not washed. Also do not walk around in socks or bare feet, I hurt myself pretty badly with the feet of the sofa.

    Awesome! But please see the one criticism above.

    Excellent in all respects. Fantastic location. Very helpful response by Julia to our requests. Staff goes above and beyond to accommodate! Will definitely come back.

    Can’t park close to the building as the entire area is walk only. Parking ramp is about 2 blocks away. Could use better communication and instructions from the owners as to how to drive to the apartments, unload and park
