    Location was excellent

    Staff were friendly but short handed at breakfast. Used plates were not taken away. The hall carpets were not cleaned properly. Centre was clean but the edges were covered in a thick layer of dust/dirt. It did not give a good impression to new arrivals. Not enough hangers in the room

    Urige Unterkunft inmitten der Altstadt

    Nachdem uns deutlich wurde, dass unser gebuchtes Zimmer im Annex zu weit weg war vom Parkplatz konnten wir gegen Aufpreis problemlos umbuchen und hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer im Haupthauses; das Frühstück war sehr gut; die Mitarbeiterin des Spa war auch sehr hilfsbereit und hat einen Koffer einige Stufen hochgetragen
