    Terrible experience at Les Pizades with Sabine – vacation completely ruined! All prospective guests should be aware that functioning dairy facility operates just 5 m from the building, right under the windows. Starting around 5:00 AM, very loud equipment is turned on, making sleep impossible even with closed windows. Besides, why should guests paying €227 per night be forced to keep their windows shut when they came to relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air? When I complained about the noise, the host’s husband reacted rudely: "If you don't like the noise, go away! Find another place for living". He then turned his back on me and walked away. Later that morning, Sabine similarly told us to find another place to stay. The facility gate remained wide open, directing all noise straight into our apartment. The hosts made zero effort to fix the situation or apologize, blatantly violating their own quiet hours (10 PM–7 AM). It is clear that they lack basic communication skills and prioritize their dairy business over hospitality, showing complete disregard for their guests. You can see on the photos how close is the production (small building on the left) to accommodation facility. Due to these conditions and host hostility, we checked out after the first night (out of 4 paid). As we left, Sabine repeatedly told me and my wife: "Go away, you have a problem". We are demanding a full refund for the unused nights via Booking.com, though it seems unlikely to get any cooperation directly from such hosts. In over 60 bookings across Europe, we have never faced such appalling treatment. Do not recommend! We hope Booking.com penalizes the property for misleading description (omitting the fact about noisy industrial facility violating all sanitary norms) and unacceptable host's behaviour.
