    Die schlechteste Wohnung die wir je hatten.

    Nichts!

    Katastrophal! Wie sind viel unterwegs und nicht pingelig. So eine dreckige Wohnung habe ich noch nicht gesehen. Der Kühlschrank ist eine Ewigkeit nicht geputzt worden, so was von ekelig. Die ganze Küche war nicht nutzbar. KÜchenschranktür war ausgerissen und stand in der Ecke. Es ist ein Objekt, wo man den letzten Euro rauspressen will, ohne irgend etwas zu investieren. Geputzt wir nur rudimentär. Die Betreuung war zusätzlich eine Katastrophe. Bevor man mit einem Onlinecode in die Wohnung gelassen wird, muss man eine Kaution bezahlen. Bei Booking war das bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich. Bei Kationen ist es üblich. dass man mit dem Vermieter eine Begehung macht und sich den Zustand ansieht. Aber da war die erste Erpressung: zahlt die Kaution, oder ihr kommt nicht rein. Dann hat man eine Wohnung in Besitz genommen, die komplett abgewohnt ist und viele Teile kaputt sind. Am nächsten morgen kam die Nachricht! Die Kaution ist noch nicht da, wenn die bis Mittag nicht da ist, wird der Zugangscode gesperrt. Die 2. Erpressung. Dann ging es noch paar mal hin und her. Da wurde eine Putzfrau geschickt, die uns leid tat. Die sagte uns, sie meldet alles und es wird nicht gemacht. Also Gästebetruung ist der Name nicht wert. Also Finger weg .

    The instructions to enter the property was a bit lacking as I couldn't understand how to enter the main door. The key and code on the apartment was straightforward and as mentioned in instructions, but the main door was unclear.
