Very disappointing and overpriced — not worth the money
카탈루냐 광장 바로 앞에 위치해 있어 접근성은 좋았지만, 숙소의 시설과 전반적인 상태는 가격에 비해 상당히 실망스러웠습니다.
I honestly cannot understand why this accommodation costs approximately $300. The location is excellent, right next to Plaça de Catalunya, but unfortunately, that is about the only positive thing I can say about this place. The facilities are extremely old and poorly maintained. The bathroom was completely worn out, and there were large yellow stains on the ceiling that looked like water damage from a leak. The mattress was uncomfortable, and instead of a proper duvet, we were given a single thin blanket that looked more like a scarf. Even that was old and frayed. The shower was also in poor condition, with some parts missing or broken. They didn't even provide basic soap. The only toiletry available was a single all-in-one body wash. Ventilation was poor, and the entire apartment had an unpleasant, stale smell from what seemed to be an old air freshener or diffuser. What made the experience even more frustrating was the additional cleaning fee of approximately $115, which I hadn't realized would be charged during the booking process. Considering the actual condition and cleanliness of the apartment, I genuinely cannot understand how such an expensive cleaning fee can be justified. Apart from its convenient location, I couldn't find anything that justified the price. For this amount of money, I could have stayed somewhere much cleaner, more comfortable, and better maintained. I deeply regret booking this place. I strongly recommend that other travelers carefully check the facilities and additional cleaning fees before making a reservation. Definitely not worth the money.

comodo, accogliente e pulito
facilissimo si trova nella piazza principale di barcellona. zona centralissima vicino a negozi e supermercati a 2 minuti dalla parte più importante della rambla
il soppalco non aveva protezioni nelle ringhiere che davano sul piano di sotto, quindi potrebbe essere rischioso se si va con dei bambini. Consiglio solo delle protezioni.

La ubicación es inmejorable, sobre Paseo de Gracia, el departamento tiene todo lo necesario y es bastante amplio.
El trato de Edson que es la persona que nos entregó la llave, muy mala atención al cliente.
