    Хорошая простая квартира с шикарной террасой. Марко - очень приятный человек и заболивый хост, при заселении дал детальную информация. Великолепная локация: рядом несколько станций метро, автобусов, прямо в доме несколько продуктовых магазинов. До пляжа Богатель - полчаса на автобусе. За вкусным кофе ходили в кофейню Tvigo.

    Кровать: это не один матрас, а два матраса под одним наматрасником, не совсем кинг-сайз. Будете в Барселоне в самые жаркие месяце - учтите, что кондиционер только в гостиной, в спальнях вентилятор в потолке, а квартира находится на последнем этаже и нагревается за день.

    Location

    Very disappointing stay — Aug. 17–19, 2026 The location of this apartment is excellent, but unfortunately, the condition of the property made our two-night stay very unpleasant. The apartment needs a thorough cleaning and significant renovation. Some doors in the bathroom and closets are falling apart, and the bed linens and towels were in a very poor and unhygienic condition. Most importantly, we discovered that the apartment was infested with bedbugs. This was by far the most serious issue and made us extremely uncomfortable during our stay. I reported the problem to the lady we had been communicating with and hope it will be addressed immediately. My wife had very bad bites all over her body and we had to see a doctor for my daughter due to the reaction of bedbugs. I would not return to this apartment or recommend it to others until the issue has been fully addressed.
