Il soggiorno è stato piacevole ma con qualche accorgimento tecnico in più diventerebbe perfetto .
POSIZONE OTTIMA PER IL CENTRO
ILLUMINAZIONE ! troppe lampadine a basso voltaggio e bassa luminosità . Le tre testate del letto hanno solo una lampadina su due collegata e funzionante, mancano nelle camere due ciabatte per collegare tali lampadine. IN Cucina mancano gli strofinacci, mancano le tovagliette americane per la colazione , il ferro da stiro non ha la riduzione per la spina tedesca SCIUKO come anche il Phon. L'asse da stiro non ha la copertura IMBOTTITA e quando si stira rimane impresso sul capo la struttura metallica rovinando il capo.

Big apartment but very run down.
Great location. Very close to the main part of Catania and not far from the Cathedral.
The apartment was extremely run down and very overdue for a renovation. The bathrooms and kitchen were overall clean, but the entire place needs a deep clean - light switches, doors & walls. Both showers didn't work well. We were not able to leave it hung on the wall. We couldn't have the water running on us while showering. One toilet seat was not attached correctly and kept moving. The handle on the shower door was missing so it was replaced with a piece of rope. The self in the shower was metal and all rusted. There were dirty marks on the headboards and on the sofa and some of the doors were really dirty where they are opened. There was a wooden seat in the lounge with a broken piece that was quite dangerous. There was a loose tile in the middle of the hallway - not good when you are trying to walk around quietly.

The location of the place is very nice, as well as it was mostly quiet in the apartment even as it is in the center. Contact with management of the apartment is quick.
We needed to clean the apartment after arrival, it needs renovation, as it is in really bad condition, contact with the apartment is only via what's up and not with the owner but private workers that take care of the process. The waste management is with additional fees and the whole system that isn't mentioned anywhere. The kitchen lacks some equipment, so the cooking is not that easy as they describe in the apartment description.

Good for short stays but not if you are a light sleeper.
The location was perfect and the host was awesome.
The noise from the street was terrible at night.
