  Relaxing, stunning sea views and brilliant location!

  The views of the ocean are just incredible, every evening watching the sunset over the ocean. The property is very quiet at the end of the street and no houses in front so uninterrupted views. It’s close enough to walk down the hill (about 1.3km with short cuts directly to the ocean) to the bakeries and restaurants and lagoon for a swim. Also the fact it is a little higher means you get a lovely cooler breeze so it’s cooler than down the bottom at sea level. You really just hear the beautiful sound of the waves in the ocean. The hosts are incredible and very helpful and this little haven has everything you need. A car park provided is super convenient if you rent a car. But to be honest I just walked and caught buses (the main bus station for St Leu is only 2km walk). I came for trail running but it’s convenient for relaxing, shopping or going to the beach.

  Très belle découverte !!

  Nous avons tout aimé, l'appartement, la terrasse, la vue sur l'océan, la sympathie des propriétaires. "Location de charme" porte bien son nom, intérieur extérieur tout est plaisant, bel environnement. Je recommande vivement ce lieu à St Leu.

  Modern and beautifully designed apartment. Very clean and quiet. Very helpful and responsive hosts. A Nespresso machine, a value that cannot be overestimated :)

  This is for the Studio with Sea view only. The bed is not a real bed, but a sofa bed which is too soft. Bedroom is a bit darkish as there are only windows in the kitchen and bathroom. Sea view you’ll basically only get if you stand in the kitchen (or sit at the small breakfast bar), and the sea view is only through some brushes and only because they have relatively few leaves. There’s some outdoor seating suggested in the listing, but this is not an area where you would want to sit, and the «outdoor furniture» are the kitchen bar stools they briefly moved outside for a photo.
