Nice location, but too many problems

The location is good. The supermarket and Sorrento town centre are within walking distance. The apartment is also spacious, which was convenient for our family.

Unfortunately, there were too many problems during our stay. The bathroom was in poor condition, the toilet seat was broken and the shower had several issues. The sofa bed in the living room creaked badly and the roller blind in the bedroom was broken. The towels provided were extremely dirty, so we ended up buying our own. We were told this would be resolved, but unfortunately it was not. Communication was also disappointing. When we raised these issues, we did not feel that our concerns were taken seriously or properly resolved. After our stay I also developed bites consistent with bed bugs, which was particularly concerning. Being on the fourth floor and depending on the lift was also inconvenient. Overall, the apartment has an excellent location and plenty of space, but the maintenance, cleanliness and handling of complaints need significant improvement.
