Please note that only 1 of the Double Rooms and only 1 of the Twin Rooms can accommodate an extra bed or baby cot. For Group Bookings Bookings of 3 rooms or more are considered a group booking and our cancellation policy is: If you cancel out with 60 days you will receive a full refund less a £25 admin fee If you cancel 60-30 days before arrival you will be charged 1 night per room. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival you will be charged 100% of the total booking. Any booking reductions within 30 days and no shows will be charged in fullPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
