    Our spot in Manchester.

    Great hotel with a lot of thoughtful touches. Once it was available, staff placed our held luggage in our room. The Life Size/King room looked great, with plenty of brick, and modern warehouse-type windows. A clean, comfortable, stylish room with more capabilities than we needed (clothes washer, dish washer, stovetop and oven, etc.). Provided earplugs were not a good sign, but not a peep from Richmond St below (on Mon and Tue anyway). We slept well and could have stayed for quite a while. The lobby was comfortable and stylish too, and great for morning coffee. Nice location along the canal in the Gay Village, with all the essentials nearby and all of centre Manchester an easy walk away. On leaving, our 5 AM walk to the Lime St station was quick and quiet. All staff were pleasant and effective, a great combo.

    Location was very central, with great restaurants and bars close by. Amazing attention to detail!

    Modern decor, and fittings. Quality refreshments, and appliances (great hairdryer, very important for us girls with long hair😉!!) Convenient WhatsApp group for 24 hour help if required. Late check out was a bonus too!

    It rained!😂 But a courtesy umbrella was provided which was a very thoughtful inclusion. It was in a rather noisy location. But again, earplugs were provided to help combat this issue. Parking allowance for guests would have been good.

    Love the place and will be back for a third visit next time we are in Manchester

    Great location, looks really cool, well fitted out rooms, great staff

    Bed was a wee bit lumpy
