  Would 100% recommend

  The apartment was spacious with good air conditioning. The area was quiet at night time. Location was really convenient, close to metro and Termini. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by.

  Overall, the stay was disappointing due to the property’s poor cleanliness, maintenance, and safety concerns.

  Would avoid until more maintenance is done.

  Unfortunately, our experience with the cleanliness, condition, and maintenance of the property was disappointing. The cleaning appeared to be largely surface-level. The toilets had visible residue, and there were stains and hair on the bed linens. One of the pillows also had a noticeable lipstick stain. The showers were particularly problematic. They were very small, and the water temperature was extremely inconsistent, repeatedly changing from very hot to very cold. This made showering uncomfortable and required us to be extremely quick to avoid being burned or left in freezing water. The shower heads were also unusually large for the size of the shower. For anyone over 6 feet tall, like myself, the setup is especially impractical. The “rain shower” is mounted to the wall rather than the ceiling, and it is connected to a second, standard shower head on a vertical rail. Because the two are connected, the shower heads could not be positioned high enough, resulting in the rain shower head repeatedly hitting me in the head. There were also exposed wires in both of the bedrooms and the spare bathroom, which was concerning from a safety perspective and contributed to the overall impression that parts of the property were unfinished. The washing machine was not working during our stay. We notified the property, but we were told that someone could not come to repair it until our last full day. As a result, we had to use a public laundry facility downstairs, which cost us €30. When we returned that evening, we were informed that someone had come by and repaired the washing machine. However, there was a large puddle of soapy water left all over the floor, which had not been cleaned up. And we had to clean ourselves, because of this we decided not to use it. Overall, the property did not meet the standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety we expected. There were several issues throughout the property that should have been addressed before guests arrived.

  Departamento con pico mantenimiento

  La ubicacion

  Antes de alojarme recibi tres comunicaciones por whatsApps,donde me requerian confirmar la reserva y acompañar tarjeta.Hice saber que deberian solicitar a Booking el cobro de la locacion . Cuando llegamos a las 15 hs no se encontraba quien debia recibirnos,tampoco estaba completada la limpieza del lugar. Habia un solo control para los dos dormitorios .Se comprometieron a traer otro y no lo hicieron. En el balcon habian dos sillas rotas. Los veladres tenian las lamparas quemadas
