Great hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely highly recommend
We loved everything about this hotel. All of the hotel staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was large, soundproof, modern and clean. The curtains provided excellent light blocking. Everything worked perfectly. Housekeeping provided fresh towels and turn down service daily, plus they noticed we were using a lot of tissues due to a cold we had and they provided extra tissues without us having to ask. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with lots of great selections above and beyond what is at most breakfast buffets. And they kept everything stocked quickly without running out of anything. We stayed in one of the larger rooms that had an additional sofa and 2 side chairs with a table. Plenty of hangers in the closet, plus a safe and extra drawers. Dinner in their restaurant was excellent. Everything here was exceptional and plenty of hot water in the shower

Excellent boutique hotel with wonderful breakfasts and cappuccinos!!
Good location & close to the train station and Certaldo Alto. Exceptionally clean with daily service. Staff were wonderful and always eager to please. Recommended restaurants were perfect.
