If the number of guests does not exceed the room capacity and you still wish to use the sofa bed, please inform us. Preparation of the sofa bed will incur an additional cost of €15. Sheets, duvets, towels, and final cleaning are included during your stay. For stays up to 7 days, cleaning, bed sheets, and towel changes can be arranged upon request for an additional charge. For stays of 7 days or more, only the change of linens will be provided free of charge. In case the check-in is done in person, please be aware of the following surcharges for late check-in, which must be paid in cash upon arrival: - 9 pm until 10 pm: 25 Euros - 10 pm until 11 pm: 30 Euros - 11 pm until 12 am: 35 Euros - 12 am until 1 am: 40 Euros - 1 am until 2 am: 45 Euros - After 2 am: 50 EurosPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
