    Fab stay in Lisbon!

    Great location. Quiet even though very central. The 2nd bedroom is more of a snug off the main sitting room. That was clear to me on booking and actually it was darker for sleep and cuter than I thought it would be - I loved it.

    The location was good and the facilities were decent. Shower has high water pressure. There is a working washing machine and dishwasher. It's okay for a short stay.

    Host responds slowly or not at all. There is AC but it only works on a very low setting. The beds aren't very comfortable. Downstairs bedroom smelled awful every day. Upstairs bedroom is better but can be pretty warm. You have to pay a 300 euro deposit!!! I quickly received the money back after the stay but it's a hassle. Party & music noise until 11pm almost every day during our stay

    Excellent location, beautiful living space, but some basic issues that should be resolved for guests

    The location was incredible, and the living space was very bright and airy. The view from the skylight windows was stunning, although you need to stand on a step to see out.

    The shower was very narrow, and the water didn't drain fast enough, so you had to keep the water pressure very low or risk flooding the bathroom. There was also a terrible smell of sewage from the bathroom at all times. The payment process for the deposit is overcomplicated and makes it seem like a scam. It's bizarre to list the property on Booking.com and take payment from the booking through the platform, but then use a separate process for a deposit. The host provide a significant amount of repeat communication which covers all of the property details, so the info about payment and dates gets buried in it. It was also very unclear where to find details about access and pin codes for the doors. Despite asking several times in the days preceeding the trip, we were never told when or how we would receive the access details. We received them the day we arrived, just an hour before getting to the apartment. It's not a huge deal if you know ahead of time, but it's an added stressor and not very good if you have issues with mobile data. Surely it could be simplified.

    Lisbona è bellissima la posizione buona l’appartamento molto bello e ben ristrutturato

    L’appartamento è bellissimo, molto spazioso una delle due camere da letto è bella l’altra molto piccola e a incastro

    Avrei voluto un contatto più diretto con l’host. Il bagno ha bisogno di manutenzione
