An average stay. The food was decent, but the hotel feels dated, and the unpleasant smell in the room was disappointing.
The food was decent, and the hotel grounds were nice. Friendly staff.
The hotel feels quite dated and tired and would benefit from renovation. There was a strong smell of cigarettes and an unpleasant general odour in our room, which affected our comfort during the stay.

Amazing stay at a great resort
The rooms are great and modern. The bathrooms are renovated so I would suggest updating the pictures online. The hotel is super clean, pools are great, food is of great quality and staff are attentive.
Not all the staff speak english.

Tolles Hotel mit direktem Strandzugang
Das Hotel ist toll, das Personal sehr, sehr lieb und aufmerksam. Man hat immer Hilfe oder Auskunft bekommen, die man gebraucht hat. Es war immer was los, aber nichts war aufdringlich oder ein Muss. Das Essen war reichlich vorhanden und es hatte eine sehr grosse Auswahl. Alle Allergene sind klar gekennzeichnet, was für mich persönlich extrem hilfreich war. Wir haben ein Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen mit direkter Meersicht, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Die Zimmergrösse war toll aber es ist ein bisschen hellhörig. An 2 Abenden waren die Nachbarn doch ein wenig zu laut, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Würde das Hotel wieder buchen und jedem empfehlen. Die Ausstattung und das Design vom Hotel sind wirklich ganz toll und es liegt direkt am Meer
Einzig die Bett-Matratzen könnten ein wenig bequemer sein, es hat einige Tage gebraucht, bis man sich dran gewöhnt hat und ich persönlich hatte Rückenschmerzen, aber das ist mein persönliches Empfinden. Transfer vom Flughafen ist sehr teuer - das ist das einzige Manko. Taxis vor Ort kosten ein Drittel vom angebotenen Hotel-Preis
