    Хорошее расположение. Хозяин на связи, быстро нашли общий язык. Кровать удобная 1,4×2. Также есть диван, похоже раскладывается и можно расположиться втроем. Небольшая кухня рядом с диваном. Адекватный душ, стиральная машина, хороший фен.

    Освещение темновато. Пара лампочек не работала. Нужно учитывать- это первый этаж.

    Уютная квартира

    Очень приветливый и доброжелательный хозяин. Отличное расположение - 5-7 мин от метро, несколько мин от набережной. Через дорогу Spar. Горячая вода, стиральная машина, плита и т.п. - все работает/в хорошем состоянии. Есть кондиционер и обогреватель.

    Кровать металлическая, немного поскрипывает - иногда можно проснуться ночью.

    Convenient and quiet apartment

    The apartment is tiny, but in a great location just at the end of the Marjanashvili walking street. It was quiet and comfortable and had everything we needed. The washing machine was a nice touch. A special thanks to the host for accommodating our family (2 adults, 2 kids) at very short notice and giving us free parking.

    Everything was great. Good value for money.

    Чудесное место!

    Крартира в отличном месте. Близко к кафе, ресторанам, недалеко от метро. Есть всё необходимое. Хозяин очень приятный и отзывчивый, рассказал и показал всё-всё. Будем в Тбилиси - обязательно вернёмся!

    Всё отлично.
