  Clean and good sized rooms, but not great amenities

  Very clean and good size Close to town and railway

  Building works made it ugly outside and difficult to negotiate with luggage, balcony impossible to use due to scaffolding and building mess…none of this was communicated. Light on floors on stairs not all working. No coffee machine: first place I’ve been in Eastern Europe without pod machine!

  I don’t recommend this place

  Clean, new bed linen

  We had to wait for someone to let us into the room because no check-in instructions had been provided. We had been asked in advance to let them know our arrival time since we were arriving after 5 p.m., but no one was there to meet us. As it turned out, there were no keys at all, the door was opened using a code. So why exactly did we have to wait for someone to arrive? Apparently, just so someone could show up and demand payment for the tourist tax in cash only, and charge us more than the amount stated here on the website, without providing receipt. On top of that, as soon as we entered the room, I tried to turn on the bathroom light, but it did not work. We were promised that it would be fixed, but during our entire three-night stay nobody came to fix it, and our messages were not answered either. I also asked for a late check-out at 12–1 p.m., but was told that 11 a.m. was the absolute maximum. Fine. But what do you think happened on the day of check-in? A cleaning lady came, my mother was changing clothes and I was in the shower. How would you feel about that? The owner/manager clearly has very little interest in the guests or their experience. I would not recommend this place.

  Moyen, je ne reviendrais pas

  L’hôte qui a été réactif même si la demande de check in n’a pas pu se faire avant comme demandé , et l’accès en autonomie, la chambre est spacieuse

  L’odeur dans la chambre quand je suis arrivée, cela sentait mauvais , j’ai du laissé ouvert toute la nuit.. la salle de bain dont la douche n’était pas très propre. La chambre est fonctionnelle mais le rapport qualité prix est moyen, l’ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas
