    Ich habe mich für die Unterkunft entschieden wegen der zentralen Lage, der Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen (im Keller) und das Fahrrad im Hinterhof sicher abstellen zu können. Ich hatte am Apartment (No.2) nichts auszusetzen.

    Die Küchenzeile ist gut ausgestattet, aber schon in die Jahre gekommen. Für meine kleineren Zubreitungszwecke völlig ausreichend.

    Gute Lage und Ausstattung für einen Kurztrip

    Sehr gut gelegen, um in die Stadt oder den Stadthafen zu gehen. Die Wohnung hatte zwei große Smart TVs und hatte eigentlich alles für einen Kurztrip

    Leider sind Parkmöglichkeiten nicht sonderlich preiswert und in unmittelbarer Nähe auch häufig belegt. Das Bad bzw. die Dusche müsste vielleicht einmal erneuert oder gründlich gereinigt werden. Direkt neben der Wohnung ist eine Kindertagesstätte, die ab ca. 7:30Uhr morgens bis nachmittags sehr laut ist, sofern die Fenster geöffnet sind.

    Excellent

    The apartment was great, there are all the necessary appliances, including a washing machine, the apartment is very clean and modern. The property manager was also very helpful and friendly, answered all the questions I had.

    The only thing that I was missing was a free parking spot nearby, however there is paid parking nearby.
