    Good experience

    This property has a great location, staff were friendly and always willing to help. Rooms were spacious They offer clean towels but no other bathroom amenities Breakfast has a good selection

    The rooms were not that clean, you could see dust over surfaces The safe was not working and they couldn’t fix it or replace it Cleaning staff refuse to clean the room if you’re sitting in it and ask you to leave (this is a 1st for me)

    Great location. Big shower. Good sized room. Good AC

    I stayed 3 nights here while in Trabzon and the location was really great. Plus it had a really nice walk in shower and good AC. The breakfast was delicious. It is in the heart of city center with a shopping street right out the front door. Staff were really helpful. I did a one day tour up to Sumela Monastery with a couple other stops plus one day i just hung out at the Forum mall. Catch the minibus to go there. I loved my stay here.
