  Luxurious villa with awesome view

  Had a really nice stay. The villa was spacious, clean and had a beautiful view. The pool and open area were perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family. The caretaker was very helpful and made sure we were comfortable throughout.

  A beautiful and relaxing stay with great hospitality and smooth management. ❤️

  We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The property was spacious, beautiful and well maintained, with a lovely mountain view and a great pool. The caretakers were very helpful, polite and attentive throughout our stay. We would also like to appreciate Siddhi, the manager, for coordinating everything smoothly and making sure our stay was comfortable.

  Nothing major. We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

  We genuinely liked the property and would have liked to leave with a much more positive impression.

  The villa is conveniently accessible from the highway, the property is well maintained, and the swimming pool was neat and clean. We genuinely liked the property and its overall setup.

  1. Early check-in experience We completely understand that the standard check-in time mentioned in our booking was 2:00 PM. However, when we reached the property on 14th August, we felt that the villa was already available and could have accommodated us for an early check-in. We were a group of 13 people and had to wait outside until around 11:30 AM before being allowed to enter. We were informed that guests were still inside the property, although we did not see anyone there. We appreciate that the caretaker at least allowed us to keep our luggage. However, considering that the property appeared to be available, we expected a little more flexibility and hospitality, especially given the size of our group. 2. Caretaker's behaviour This was probably the most disappointing part of our experience. The caretaker was not cooperative and, rather than politely explaining the check-in policy, he ordered us to leave the property and told us to return only at the standard check-in time. He did not even allow us to sit for some time in the common area while we were waiting. We found this behaviour quite disrespectful and unwelcoming. We had paid nearly ₹44,000 for our two-night stay, and while we understand and respect property policies, the manner in which they are communicated to guests is equally important. A more polite and accommodating approach would have made a significant difference. 3. Food and menu arrangements Another concern was regarding the food arrangements. The menu had been discussed and mutually agreed upon several weeks before our stay. However, after we arrived, the caretaker repeatedly requested that we change items from the already agreed menu. We had planned our meals based on the confirmed menu and had also paid ₹10,000 as an advance to the caretaker at the time of check-in. Therefore, repeatedly changing or deviating from the agreed menu was inconvenient and disappointing.

  Very bad experience

  Overall bedding, pillow covers and towel were not at all clean. Infact the caretaker didn't care to change them. Gave all used and dirty ones. Very poor and unhygienic
