    Great information, given on the day of, how to collect keys. Location was perfect, so central to main streets and subways. Spacious and spotless apartment for 4 adults. Beautiful decor, bright roof top as a bonus .I would stay there again and recommend it. Plenty of bed linen and towels ! Quiet street, once windows are securely closed.

    Lack of Kitchen facilities, no paper towels, napkins, cooking condiments like salt or oil, so you have to buy everything if using kitchen. Shower temperature was as mentioned by others, can run different temperature at times, but it does the job well. The first day we arrived the elevator was out of order , nothing to do with host, but my 85 year old dad found it difficult to go up 5 flights, with luggage etc.. but it was fixed by the time we used it again. No option to leave luggage before or after check in .

    Centrally Located, owner very accessible if you have a issue. Excellent location
