    The house and property was great just was a bit of a let down about the hosts.

    Was a nice cozy bungalow with enough beds and also having 2 seperate bedrooms and a living quarters too

    Hosts was very rude, had visitors over for less than 2 hours and the host tried to say to me they had been there overnight and they have cameras and also live opposite They then tried to demand I pay an extra charge of £120 (asking me how I would like to pay it when they never even stayed just visited) to which I told them they had only visited not stayed and was then told to respect the house rules as they live opposite? Not once did I disrespect the property and respected the house and neighbours so the fact that the owner was so hostile and blunt towards me was not very professional at all and demanding I pay when they hadn’t even stayed, someone who was a bit less used to confrontation may had feel obliged and forced to pay for no reason.

    Home from home

    Everything from the bed super comfy. Powerful shower 🚿 bath nice suprise ! The provisions toiletries cleaning products ..did not use the oven or the washing machine, however for a longer stay it would have been an advantage. Nicely decorated and spotlessly clean tv in bedroom Towels lovely and fluffy .

    Nothing the weather was red hot so maybe a fan would have been an advantage .However just a small recommendation.

    Suited us perfectly

    Quiet street in lovely village. Very clean with all the necessary equipment in the kitchen. Big garden outside with table and chairs. Good bus connections to Nottingham/Derby. Local fish&chip shop!! Great coffee nearby too at Forum café.

    All good really...different bin rules we weren't sure about.

    We had a lovely time and had everything we needed.

    Located in a quiet area with a nice garden. Nice walks and canals for cycling in the area. Size perfect for family of 4. Adequately well equipped. Very helpful hosts.

    Main bed a bit soft for me but that’s fairly personal.
