  The most wonderful stay we have ever experienced!!!

  Our stay at Daniela’s apartment in Fiumicino was truly unforgettable. From the very first moment, Daniela - our host welcomed us not as guests, but as family. Her kindness, warmth, and attention to every detail made this holiday exceptional. We were greeted with a delicious homemade lasagna — a gesture that immediately made us feel at home. The fridge was fully stocked with prosecco, drinks, coffee, snacks, and everything we could possibly need. The apartment itself is perfect: beautifully prepared, spotlessly clean, and equipped with absolutely everything one could imagine for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is outstanding — just a few steps from the sea, with a wide, free public beach perfect for morning walks and sunset moments. The apartment is right next to a lovely seaside promenade with restaurants, cafés, and shops. Despite being so close to the beach, it is also only a few minutes from the airport, which makes arrival and departure incredibly easy an d stress free. Daniela goes far beyond what any host would normally do. She helped us with every question, offered advice, and created a magical atmosphere throughout our stay. Thanks to her, we felt cared for in a way we had never experienced before. Daniela’s kindness and generosity made our holiday truly special. If you want a perfect stay filled with warmth, comfort, an amazing location by the sea, near Roma and unforgettable moments — this is the place.

  The perfect stay for a relaxed and time at the beach. Come here!!

  This getaway from Rome for our last three days was AMAZING! Access to the beach was so easy for relaxing days. The host, Daniela, was the best!! Constant contact and available for all the recommendations to eat and the best beach access. She also made us homemade lasagna and noticed my birthday was coming up and brought us the amazing deserts. If you are looking for comfortable/perfect amenities with the convenience of the needs you have from a home away from home, book this place. You will never be disappointed. It was the best way to round out our two weeks in Italy.

  I would suggest either having a rental car or calling for a taxi to see more. The traffic there is so much calmer than in Rome. It would be easy peasy. Don’t get me wrong, we walked to everything and it was convenient as we were just looking for some beach time. If you want to explore the rich history call a taxi. If you need any help at all, text the host Daniela, she will arrange what you need or make recommendations ❤️

  A perfect romantic escape by the sea

  This place was exactly what we were hoping for, and more. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace right on the beach felt almost unreal. Every evening we watched the sunset together, and it became our favorite part of the day. It’s rare to find a place that feels both peaceful and perfectly located. We spent our days exploring Rome and our evenings relaxing by the sea in total silence. The balance was just perfect. The apartment is beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. You can tell that every detail has been carefully thought out. Daniela is an amazing host, kind, welcoming, and always available if needed, but never intrusive. This wasn’t just a stay, it was an experience we will always remember. We’re already planning to come back.

  A truly special place even if not for every budget

  We stayed here for two nights and it was honestly one of the most beautiful and memorable experiences we’ve had while traveling. From the moment we arrived, we felt something different. The apartment is not just a place to sleep—it has a unique atmosphere that makes you slow down and enjoy every moment. Waking up with the sound of the waves and having coffee on the terrace right on the beach felt almost surreal. The terrace is absolutely the highlight. Sitting there in the evening, watching the sunset over the sea, with total peace and silence around us, was something we will never forget. The apartment itself is spotless, elegant, and very thoughtfully designed. Everything feels high quality from the bed to the kitchen to all the small details that make you feel immediately comfortable and at home. The location is also a huge advantage: very close to the airport, but at the same time completely quiet and relaxing. It’s the perfect combination, especially for a short stay. Daniela is an exceptional host, warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Everything was perfectly organized and communication was smooth from the beginning. If we have to mention one thing, it’s the price. We paid around €800 for two nights, which is definitely not a small amount and might not be accessible for everyone. It’s not a decision you make lightly. That said… after experiencing it, we can honestly say it’s worth it. This is not just accommodation, it’s an experience. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for something truly special.
