    Overall disappointed, substantially overpriced

    It was conveniently located for places we wanted to visit

    It was tired, first impression garden untended, thistle growing up through entrance steps, structure of van externally green. Lounge and kitchen area spacious but again tired and worn, bed linen clean, towels thin and worn. Internal walls in bedroom marked. In our view describing the accommodation as The Lighthouse Retreat is a misrepresentation of the property.

    Does what it says on the tin…good value, basic, clean, comfortable, quiet.

    Great location, close to the beach. Nice and relaxed holiday park which is safe and secure. Side garden with chairs is a big plus. Heating was good and instant for cooler evenings.

    WiFi was intermittent…probably not a problem if you have good weather or you don’t want to watch internet TV.
