Noisy aircon and overpriced parking
Great location and the room design was lovely. Clean room and basic breakfast. Shout out to Shakira who made amazing cocktails at the pool, best cocktails in the Keys! If you stay here don’t skip them. Shakira you made our afternoon!
The room price is not low, for a boutique hotel with a tiny pool. The hotel patio looks lovely with all plants and well kept, but if you’re expecting a comfy pool please rethink your stay it fills up very quickly with few guests. They charge 30$ per night extra for parking which I think is too much considering the room is over 200€ per night. The room has a cute design but isn’t luxurious and the aircon seems to be from the eighties and is very very noisy, impossible to leave on at night. They should update them because the noise is significant, the ear plugs they provide for the noise of roosters can better be used for the noise of ac. They gave us the room “with a view on Hemingways house” as if it was a plus but don’t be fooled, you just see bikes and plants ;)
