Extremely stressful, unprofessional disappointing. I strongly caution anyone consider staying here!!
Absolutely nothing! the property being near the beach is useless if you can not stay in the property loaded with roaches
Rental agency customer service is the worst!! They understood that I needed to leave because it was infested with roaches but yet did not want to reimburse me for not staying for the duration that was paid for!! The property booked thru Booking and they as well were useless in trying to reimbursing me for a property that is in their listing!! DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE ITS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY OR QUALITY OF LIFE!!!

Great views of the beach. My youngest loved watching the big ships coming & going. lots of things to do within 10-15 min of the condo.
there were quite a few steps going to & from our room. not the greatest for older people with knee problems. wouldn't be a bad idea to think of possibly incorporating an elevator somehow.

The location was perfect with a gorgeous view of a quiet beach and green nesting area. Walkable to North Beach, Marine Science Center and lighthouse. Also walkable or short drive to Huc-a-Poos, coffee shop, and other little shops. Views of lighthouse from the beach. I loved getting up early every morning to walk from our building out to the beach. Showers along the side of the building to wash off sand on my return. Nice pool area with a pond that's filled with terrapins.! The condo was very nicely appointed with a beachy theme and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lots of drawer space and hooks for hanging hats, beach bags, etc. The balcony was larger than I expected and very nice to sit and watch the birds and even dolphins on occasion. I made good use of my binoculars. Very handy to have a washer and dryer onsite, especially since we visited during steamy June. Nice touch to have Tybee tourist magazines on the table. Tybee Vacation Rentals was very easy to work with. Good communications and an excellent guest portal with all the info we could need.
