    אוגוסט, 40 מעלות — והמזגן בדירה לא עבד מהרגע שנכנסנו. דיווחנו מיד. רק אחרי יומיים של בקשות חוזרות נשלח טכנאי. הוא היה בדירה שעתיים וחצי, פירק את המזגן, ובסוף לא הצליח לתקן. במקום לטייל בעיר ישבנו את כל הזמן הזה בחדר לצידו, מזיעים, מחכים. מצורפות תמונות של המזגן המפורק ושל הטכנאי — ככה נראה יום מהחופשה שלנו. אחרי שני לילות ללא שינה בחום בלתי נסבל, ואחרי אותן שעתיים וחצי, הודענו לבעלים שאנחנו עוזבים. עזבנו לפני הלילה השלישי, ששולם גם הוא, ועברנו למלון אחר על חשבוננו. ביקשנו החזר מלא. שלושה שבועות עברו — לא קיבלנו שקל. התשובה החוזרת: "אנחנו לא מצליחים להשיג את בעל הנכס כדי לאשר את ההחזר". גם פנייה לבוקינג לא קידמה שום דבר. הדירה עצמה פחות רלוונטית. מה שחשוב: כשמשהו מהותי מתקלקל, אין כאן מי שייקח אחריות. לא הייתי מזמין כאן שוב, בטח לא בקיץ. English August, 40°C — and the air conditioning did not work from the moment we checked in. We reported it immediately. Only after two days of repeated requests was a technician sent. He spent two and a half hours in the apartment, took the unit apart, and in the end could not fix it. Instead of exploring the city, we sat in that room next to him the entire time, sweating, waiting. Photos attached of the dismantled unit and of the technician — that is what a day of our holiday looked like. After two sleepless nights in unbearable heat, and after those two and a half hours, we told the owner we were leaving. We checked out before the third night, which was also paid for, and moved to a hotel at our own expense. We asked for a full refund. Three weeks later we have received nothing. The answer is always the same: "we can't reach the property owner to approve the refund." Contacting Booking.com did not move things forward either. The apartment itself is beside the point. What matters is that when something essential breaks, no one here takes responsibility. I would not book this place again, certainly not in summer.
