    Disappointing for the reasons given.

    Spacious.

    Very disappointing customer service and communication. We did not receive any information re key code until we have left the airport and we were then told we have to meet at the Welcome centre which was 15 mins walk with luggage uphill after we picked up the keys. It should have been explained to us that we didn’t need to do this until after we dropped off our bags as they eventually gave us the key code and there was a set of keys already in the property. We could have picked up the other key set after we had dropped off our bags. If they had an issue with the key code not always working then they should have fixed this. They appeared to be not bothered about putting us out of our way which was not a good start to our holiday. For this reason would not recommend this apartment. Lovely to have a pool but it was dirty
