    Great Old Montreal location

    I decided to stay at this property because of its amenities versus what a hotel would offer. The loft is well maintained and provides all kitchen tools, dishes, etc. The check in process was via phone and video chat. The concierge will provide you with the access code when you call. There is not a concierge on site however our check in was problem free. You do have to climb a set of stairs so keep that in mind if you have any physical limitations. The loft itself was spacious for myself and my two daughters. There was a Murphy bed which was a nice surprise so we each had our own bed. My issue with the property was the noise. This property does face a very busy street along with businesses below so night time isn't always peaceful. One morning (4:30a) we were awakened to drilling from construction that was going on in the building. However, if street noise doesn't bother you I would recommend this property.

    I’m not sure why taxes were so high for this room. There was not enough hot water for more than 2 people to take a shower. Very clean and spacious though

    Great location!

    We only had 3 days in Montreal and this apartment was perfect for us. Great location, convenient to old Montreal and to business district, metro, and great restaurants. Renting an apartment we expected it would be different from staying in a hotel, here are a few examples and considerations: 1. No on site check in. Had to call the company to get a lock box code to get in -- good thing we had international calling! Otherwise, it was easy and fairly smooth. 2. No daily cleaning service - laundry room included in rent. 3. Limited TV cable channels
