    Amazing experience !! Very polite and courteous staff. The property/room seemed little old but nice~

    The hair dryer in the bathroom had a broken switch. accessories and toiletries were minimal and avg quality. Towels were ok but only two provided despite mentioning for extra in checkin notes. Extra towels were promptly provided on request though. overall design of the bathroom was average.

    Overall experience dealing with them was superb !! Every single staff was very helpful and courteous. It was pleasure talking to them. Housekeeping and restaurant servers were equally helpful and courteous. The staff and the room size made the experience great !!

    Great location and a value for money but needs little TLC!

    The location is great with close proximity to nice dining options and shopping.

    It appeared that we were placed in an older section of the property that is in need of significant updating. Most notably, the towels looked extremely old and worn, with a dark, dingy appearance rather than being clean, bright white. They gave the impression that they had not been replaced or upgraded in many years, which significantly detracted from the overall experience and sense of cleanliness and comfort.

    Slightly expensive but luxurious

    Ambience, aesthetics, style and comfort

    It is in a bye lane. Room number is not aligned to floor number and bit disorderly.
