    Overpriced given the total inaccuracy of the listing.

    Breakfast was great. Lars is very kind and helpful.

    The host is lovely and kind, BUT the listing states that the property has “beachfront access” and that is simply untrue. The listing is, in hindsight, an AI-generated fantasy. I would not have booked the property at this price had I known it could not be considered “beachfront” by any stretch of the imagination.
