    A cracking stay.

    Great location. Walking distance from beach and next to a nice cafe. Very quiet location.

    Bed a touch hard for my liking and perhaps slightly on the short side for a chap of 6,2. Poorly decorated. Lack of knotting treatment is visible on every finished wooden surface which is only going to get worse with time and can’t be painted over. Highly advise getting a sparky to look over the kitchen. Microwave went bang first night and the kettle properly went pop in socket with sparks and knocked out the breaker on the consumer unit. But a lovely stay on the whole.

    Great stay in a fantastic cottage in great location.

    The cottage was exactly as described, it was in great condition and was quality. Location was perfect.

    Price was high but you have to pay for quality in this world.

    I can thoroughly recommend this residence to stay in for a holiday in the Isle of Wight.

    The property was clean, comfortable, spacious and excellently maintained. It was lovely. Problems being dealt with promptly and messages were answered.

    We had problems parking the car outside the property, I don't know if there have been issues with the neighbour. Perhaps, it needs to be made clearer that it is on road parking. I don't have a smart TV so accessing the television was not easy but some information when requested was given which helped. Perhaps a folder with information about the appliances may help. We had problems using the key safe on arrival due to it being very stiff. I bruised my fingers.
