    Average.

I loved the staff. The lady who cleans I've seen frequently, she was lovely.

The room was clean enough but the smell wasn't ideal. I wasn't expecting much but 4 stars is a stetch! Maybe a veitnam 4 but would be a uk 2. The drainage was busted that led to smells. The room was basic. It's about a 5 - 10 min grab to hanoi old quarter.
