  Estancia genial en Ubud

  Lily Lane Villas hizo que nuestra estancia en Ubud fuera simplemente genial. El hotel se encuentra a unos 30 minutos andando del centro de Ubud, el paseo es cómodo pero aún así hay restaurantes y tiendas en las proximidades que hacen que no requiera desplazarse hasta allí siempre. El entorno es fabuloso, contando con vegetación exuberante en los alrededores y un diseño muy bonito. Las villas son cómodas y amplias, cuentan con bastante menaje y las camas son grandes. Los baños funcionan bien, además las habitaciones cuentan con ventiladores y climatización. La propietaria, Jillian, es una mujer maravillosa y muy divertida. Nos ayudó en todo lo que pudo dándonos consejos muy útiles y recomendaciones estupendas que agradecemos con todo nuestro cariño, además nos pudo organizar tanto los traslados desde y hacia el aeropuerto como excursiones locales. También una especial mención a todo su equipo que hizo de nuestra estancia en Ubud una experiencia increíble.

  We didn't want to leave!!

  We spent 5 nights in the Villa n.5, which has two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a good kitchen, a good space to have lunch and another space to enjoy a good film on the sofa. We are a family of four, with two children that enjoyed a lot the private pool of this villa. We arrived after having spent one very intense week in Java, and we had chosen Lily Lane also considering that we would have needed some rest. Well, it was better than our expectations. The rooms are spacious and we loved the cleanliness and the feeling of being surrounded by nature, thanks to the beautiful garden. The position is very good, sufficiently out of the centre to feel away from the traffic (it is really annoying in Ubud), but still easy to reach with a 15 minutes walk. The Lily Lane organisation is truly amazing: do you want to have breakfast, lunch or dinner? You just have to remember to order (via WhatsApp or through the pre-printed sheets) your lunch or dinner or breakfast (for breakfast the night before) and to decide if you want it in your villa or at the restaurant (in our case always at our villa) and some smiling staff will bring it to you at the expected time. The reception is always available for information if you need anything: excursions, advice, a massage, a taxi, laundry service, really anything! You can see the attention they pay to their customers also from the fact that you will find in your villa the mosquito repellent and a couple of torches, very useful if you go out for dinner to the centre and you come back when it's dark. The staff is really really awesome, always gentle and discrete. I would definitely recommend Lily Lane if you are looking for a quiet place where you can relax by yourself but still feel pampered.

  The only thing I would recommend to the staff is to call differently the pancakes of the breakfast menu... ...they are not really pancakes, more similar to crepes. P.S. I liked a lot the ones with banana and coconut inside, anyway.

  Beautiful place to stay and lovely owners!

  Beautiful place to stay. I had a lovely villa with my own private pool. Garden and the pool look absolutely amazing. Very peaceful. Had a visit from a couple of cats too (which for me is a bonus!) They have their own little jungle walk which is a shortcut when walking to Ubud city center. Also pretty fast to get there using a rental or Grab/gojek bike. Next to that the owners are such lovely people. I've enjoyed my chats with them and they are always ready to help you with whatever you need. Would definitely book this place again if visiting Ubud!

  Ubud is in the jungle, so make sure to pack mosquito spray.
