  First time we have stayed at Lily and it won't be the last! We wanted a house large enough to accommodate six of us close to the Winter Gardens for the annual Rebellion Festival extravaganza and chose Lily for the fact that the property had four bedrooms, two bathrooms and parking in a quiet side street. The host was very responsive from the date of booking (which was almost a year in advance - we like to be prepared!) and was happy to answer all my questions regarding parking etc (a temporary permit outside of the house is provided) and also the amount of keys, so we weren't left short of access (which with a group as large as ours is very useful, as we all like to come back at different times). On arrival, we were absolutely delighted at the decor and cleanliness of the place and also the fact that the property had a very small garden which wasn't in the photo's, as the weather was decent, it was lovely to sit outside on the rattan furniture provided for a morning cuppa. Plenty of pots, pans, cutlery and crockery provided which enabled us to cook healthy home cooked one-pot meals, therefore saving money on breakfast, lunch and tea most days. We liked it so much, we have booked it for next year already and hope this will be our "forever Rebellion home" moving forward! 10/10 marks all round.

  Impressive, comfortable and will book again

  The location was perfect, the rooms large and well equipped, the welcome package (3 different milk options, various tea & coffees, biscuits and bottles of water) were brilliant. Garden area a welcome bonus given the sunny weather.

  Only very very minor comments; hot water on downstairs bathroom varied in temperature, floors under the bath mat and kitchen mat weren’t as clean as the rest of the house, front door sticks but that might be due to the hot weather
