I had a deeply frustrating experience at this property. I stepped out for one night, and upon returning, I discovered that the owners had given my room to another guest — despite the fact that my stay was fully paid in advance. This is a serious breach of trust. I had no notice, no explanation, and no consideration given before my paid accommodation was handed over to someone else. For a business that relies on guests trusting them with advance payment, this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering booking here to think twice. A paid reservation should mean your room is guaranteed — clearly, that is not the case with this management.
